Garment needs to be washed. Garment needs to be lint rolled. Waist has a thin elastic waistband at the very top and is very stretchy with a firm stretch. Highlighter yellow (neon yellow green) mini skort with multicolor butterfly pattern on front and textured material on sides and back. Has built in shorts. Has a small pocket at waist. Garment is very stretchy; waist is not as stretchy as shorts. Has a very small stain on waist (pictured zoomed in). good condition. Size medium. Made in Cambodia. I apologize for the difference in color. My home has bad lighting. The shorts and the waistband are a different color than the rest of the skirt.
