Blue Madrid Federal Glass Co. Large Fruit Bowl Depression Glass UV Reactive

This beautiful Vintage Blue Madrid Pattern Depression-era Glass Pedestal Fruit Bowl was produced by the Federal Glass Company between 1930 and the late 1930’s, prior to WW2. This Madrid Pattern features intricate scrolls and feather patterns pressed into this beautiful blue glass that is UV reactive, and glows a pretty purple under blacklight. It is in pristine condition, measures 5” tall, and 9 1/2” diameter. I am downsizing my personal vintage colored art glass collection. This looks beautiful on a table with cut flowers, or as serving piece that is holding fruit or some of your favorite goodies (sorry stroopwaffles and accompanying photographed goodies are not included). There is one very little piece of “something” (most likely broken down glue) that is visible between the bowl and the pedestal. The pedestal is firmly attached. Comes clean from a smoke free home. Please see my closet for additional Vintage Art Glass pieces, feel free to make an offer and thank you for stopping by.
