Overhauled and serviced Koken W2500pro-3 Long 6-point 3/4in (19mm) socket wrench
Bolt Diameter: 25mm / Practical Torque Range: 200-980 N?m / Unit Weight: 4.8 kgKW2500pro-3
The usage frequency and age of the air impact wrench housing are unknown.
There are scratches, paint peeling, dirt, rust, and damage to plastic parts due to on-site use.
As shown in the images, there are many scratches that have not caused internal damage.
Disassembly, cleaning of each part, inspection and replacement of parts, and performance testing by skilled technicians.
〇 Shank (socket connection part, square drive) visually and tactilely inspected.
The anvil is replaced as appropriate to optimize socket fit, engagement, and torque transmission.
Please refer to the enlarged image of the shank.
〇 Internal inspection of the housing and replacement of all worn or deteriorated parts (including new parts).
After reassembly, the following items are finally confirmed using a dedicated performance tester:
Torque, rotation speed, airtightness, impact stability, reverse rotation function.
We have confirmed torque measurement values exceeding those of a new product, so please ensure you do not exceed the proper air pressure of 0.6 MPa.
[Important Note ①]
The torque of an air impact wrench is greatly influenced by the air supply volume.
Insufficient air pressure, thin or long hoses, or resistance from quick couplers can often lead to the feeling that torque is not being produced. In some cases, only about 50-70% of the maximum torque may be achieved due to air supply issues.
To ensure proper tool inlet pressure, we recommend using a hose with an inner diameter of 3/8 inch or larger and a high-flow quick coupler. Please be sure to check this to prevent dissatisfaction due to insufficient air supply.
[Important Note ②]
Each impact wrench model has a maximum output torque.
〇 For wheel nuts and U-bolts on light trucks and 2-ton vehicles.
19mm / 150-980 N?m
Work with the appropriate model for the vehicle type. Once the nut is loosened, immediately release the trigger and do not run it dry.
Attaching a large-diameter socket to a low-capacity model and attempting to forcibly loosen a seized nut that exceeds the tool's capacity will place a significant load on the internal hammer mechanism and dogs, leading to early breakage or malfunction.
If the nut is severely seized, be sure to apply plenty of penetrating lubricant, let it sit for 10-30 minutes or more, and then apply repeated short bursts of impact (a few seconds each, strictly no more than 30 seconds continuously) to gradually loosen it. You may also consider using heat or alternative tools (such as breaker bars or shock drivers).
We have taken every precaution, but please judge based on the images.
Images of the same model may be reused, and the background or stand shown in the images are not included with the product.
The product will be shipped using used packaging materials.
