Description

This tool is used to press softened glass against it to create a nearly uniform groove. It's quite useful. It seems suitable for making lace rods, twisted rods, flower parts, and glass pens.

It's made by welding 2.5mm steel piano wire rods to a steel base. The discoloration on the metal is due to heating.

Given the size of the work, I believe it would be excellent for making lace rods, twisted rods, and glass pens.

The base size is 87 x 90 x 15mm.

Everything is included except for what is shown in photo 5. Calipers and a tape measure are not included.
