A very rare noodle-cutting has appeared.
This is a Santoku-type noodle-cutting made of Aogami No. 1 steel from the Gihira Cutlery Factory in Echigo.
Overall length 380mm, length 250mm.
Each is hand-forged, so I believe the sharpness is superb.
However, as it is an older item, there are some minor stains on the handle. They should come off with sandpaper.
Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about such details.
