Purchased new around February 2024 and used wall-mounted. I did not subscribe to terrestrial broadcasting, and only occasionally watched YouTube or U-NEXT.
After about 1 year and 10 months, the screen suddenly stopped displaying an image.
The sound (operational noise) can still be heard.
There are no cracks in the LCD panel.
Sony's in-home repair estimate indicated some kind of malfunction. There are no red blinking lights or similar indicators.
There may be some dirt or minor scratches, but they are only noticeable upon close inspection.
Since the screen does not display an image, it is being sold as a junk item. Please consider it for parts or repair.
