Book Summary
● Da-iCE Appears on the Cover of AERA: Shining Because We Are an Uneven Five
The five members of Da-iCE, who grace the cover, each speak about what makes them Da-iCE. They pride themselves on their disparities being their strength, with comments like, We value individuality over synchronization (Sota Hanamura) and Our five different backgrounds are alive (Toru Iwaoka). This strength is fully reflected in their recently released album MUSi-aM. They say the richness comes from each member producing two songs. Don't miss this valuable interview where they discuss their thoughts on hit songs like CITRUS, Starry Sky, and I wonder. The cover and gravure photos were, of course, taken by Mika Ninagawa. Please enjoy the vibrant photos filled with each member's individuality in the magazine.

● Feature Article: University Employment Power
This issue's feature is University Employment Power. It includes a large table that clearly shows the employment status of major universities for the current spring at 110 popular companies. Although the job market continues to be a seller's market due to the declining birthrate, a closer look reveals which universities are strong with which companies. Overall, the results show a clear trend of students seeking stability and a return to large corporations. Amidst this, it's also evident that science and engineering majors and women are in high demand. Furthermore, we investigated the career paths of University of Tokyo students today and the drastically changed employment landscape. What emerges from this is the desire to work in an environment where individuals can develop their skills and have their abilities properly evaluated. This feature is a must-read, especially for job seekers.
