AKG K712 PRO (AKG C200 Re-cable)

I purchased these headphones used in excellent condition on Mercari in 2024, with approximately one month of prior use. I used them myself for a little over a year, averaging 3-4 days a week for about 2 hours a day.

I am selling them because my usage frequency decreased after upgrading my headphones.

The cable has been replaced with an AKG C200.

When I first purchased them, I was disappointed with the resolution from the included genuine cable. However, after switching to this cable, I felt the sound clearly transformed into something much more distinct.

I have since upgraded to the higher-end K812 model, but while I can't match its spatial representation, I believe the resolution is comparable. (This is my personal opinion.)

One feature I particularly recommend is the comfortable fit, which makes them easy to wear for extended periods without fatigue. The sound is generally mild and easy on the ears, but with the re-cable, the treble is crisp and pleasant, creating a superb balance.

The headphones have been carefully stored. I made sure not to stretch the rubber on the headband when not in use, so I believe there is no looseness. The transparent plastic parts on the inside are also in good condition, with no yellowing or cracks. The cable has some kinks, but this does not affect its use. Stored and used in a non-smoking environment.
