Description
Beautiful vintage pair of Old Castle England lusterware creamers/small pitchers featuring charming pastoral village scenes in shades of pink, purple, brown and copper. Both pieces have white ceramic bodies with metallic copper/gold luster accents, decorative borders, and colorful cottage/village scenes with trees, fencing and buildings. Each has a curved handle and flared pouring spout. The smaller piece measures approximately 3 tall, while the larger piece is approximately 3½ tall. The underside is marked Old Castle – Made in England. These are wonderful examples of vintage English lusterware and would make a great addition to a vintage tea/coffee collection, English pottery collection, cottage décor display, or china cabinet.
