Beautiful vintage PYREX #209 clear glass pie plate featuring an unusual etched floral, berry and leafy vine design on the underside. This is not the commonly seen plain clear #209 — the decorative etched design makes this a wonderful piece for the vintage Pyrex collector as well as a beautiful functional pie dish for Thanksgiving, Christmas and holiday baking. Marked 209 above the classic circular PYREX T.M. REG. / U.S. PAT. OFF. mark. Measures approximately 9 3/4” across x 1 1/2” high. Clear glass with a wide rim and delicate etched floral/foliage design. Vintage American-made Pyrex, likely dating to the early-to-mid 20th century. Vintage pre-owned condition with light surface/use marks consistent with age. Please review all photos closely for condition and measurements. A lovely piece for baking and serving apple, pumpkin, pecan, cherry or other homemade pies — especially pretty for a vintage Thanksgiving or Christmas table.
