Nambe platter rectangular 11" with elongated handle ends vintage

Nambe is a great oven to table cookware brand.  This dish makes serving for two just right (think nachos, baked chicken, or au gratins).  From my personal home, one owner for 30 years.  Some wear visible. Will last for decades with correct care.  Nambé is primarily made of a proprietary, sand-cast aluminum-based alloy containing eight distinct metals. This signature material offers a silver-like shine, does not tarnish or chip, and is known for superior temperature retention (oven and freezer safe). It has exceptional heat and cold retention for serving or cooking.  Care: To care for Nambé alloy bakeware, always hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately to avoid spots. Never put it in the dishwasher, avoid abrasive cleaners, and use Nambé Polish to restore shine and remove light scratches.  One owner, from my family items.
