The Pampered Chef Family Heritage Collection 15” stone is a classic, round unglazed baking and pizza stone made from natural, lead free clay. 15” diameter is ideal for homemade pizzas, flatbreads, cookies, and roasted vegetables. Made of porous, unglazed natural stoneware that absorbs moisture to create an extra crispy crust. The stone will darken and build up a natural non-stick seasoning the more you use it. It is safe for conventional and convection ovens up to 450-500 degrees. Never use dish soap because the porous clay will absorb the soap and ruin future foods.
