[Product Description]
Contents: Jozen Chasen (80-bristle whisk)
Brand: Hokushien
Material: White Bamboo
・This item has been improved in shape and durability, and is carefully finished into a whisk that we are confident in its quality.
・Before using a new chasen, please first rinse it lightly with water, then perform a chasen-toshi (whisk conditioning) with hot water. This will help shape the bristles and make it easier to whisk matcha.
・A chasen-rest (chasen stand/holder) is used to dry the chasen bristles, prevent mold growth, and maintain its shape. We recommend it for extending the life of your chasen.
