This is rainwear fabric that was in my mother's dresser.

The core material was labeled as TEIJIN Rainwear Fabric, Koma-yori processed, 100% Acetate.
It has a firm texture, so I believe it would be suitable for making bags.
I have also made several bags myself.
Upon inspection, it appears to be unused fabric with no particular stains, but as an amateur, I may have overlooked something.
