Vintage Faux Pearl Cameo Necklace – Handmade Pendant (c. 1960s–1980s) Elegant vintage-inspired cameo necklace featuring a brand-new handmade black and white cameo pendant paired with a vintage faux pearl necklace. The pendant features a classic white lady profile set against a glossy black background, framed in an ornate silver-tone setting with delicate scrollwork and a heart-shaped flourish at the bottom. I added a brand-new silver-tone pinch bail to complete the pendant.
