I do not have specialized knowledge and cannot fully grasp the details. We ask for purchases from those who are knowledgeable.
When exhibiting artworks, if a work is described as by a specific artist, or has a signature and seal, it will be clearly indicated as Genuine or Reproduction.
The classification in the title is as follows. Please confirm and consider carefully before purchasing.
[Genuine]: A work that can be definitively identified as authentic.
[Reproduction]: Any work that is even slightly suspected of not being authentic, or works of unknown authorship, will be labeled as reproduction. This also includes works for which there is no designated appraisal institution, or works that I cannot judge myself.
[Print]: Printed or craft printed works.
[Printmaking]: Woodblock prints, watercolor prints, lithographs, rubbings, and ink rubbings.
Works that do not fall into the above categories (those without signature or seal) will not have any specific notation.
If a work clearly marked as Genuine in the product title or description is determined to be not genuine by a public appraiser or public appraisal institution, we will refund the purchase price and accept returns based on the following conditions.
If you wish to dispute the authenticity after purchase, for deceased artists, please provide an appraisal certificate/proof issued by a public or designated appraisal institution, or a document with the signature, seal, and date from the artist's surviving family members. For living artists, please provide a document with the artist's own signature, seal, and date. (Judgments by art collectors, experts, museum curators, gallery owners, or relatives of the artist who are not designated appraisers will not be recognized as formal appraisals.)
If it is then determined to be not genuine, the purchase price will be refunded. However, we will have no obligation other than refunding the purchase price, and will not pay any damages, interest, shipping costs, appraisal fees, penalties, or other expenses.
Returns are not possible unless there are defects not clearly stated in the description.
The warranty period is 3 months from the date of purchase.
