This vintage, ring-bound edition of Betty Crocker's Cookbook was copyrighted in 1969 and is part of the 20th printing from 1973. The cover shows wear along the edges, corners and spine. The pages are intact and unmarked, except as noted, and show age-related yellowing. There are bright color photographs, black-and-white photographs and line drawings to illustrate the 1,600 recipes and additional tables and helpful notes. The previous owner's favorite recipes must have been for rolled and pressed cookies as those pages (p. 149-156) show more wear (smudges, crinkling) and are partially loose. (See photos for details.) A great addition for any kitchen. 480 pages.
